We Help Churches And Christian Groups

We help churches and Christian groups to set up or establish initiatives outside of their regular building activity. We have been used to help groups break out into their towns or communities. This is broadly what we often get up to:

  • Outreach Vision (Strategy and first steps for churches & faith groups to activate towards disciple making)

  • Evangelism Training / Outreach & Disciple Making (Helping church communities to share faith with friends & strangers alike. Sessions - ongoing / full day / weekday evening)

  • Street Outreach (Opportunities to get involved in low-key conversation activity / praying for healing & miracles / gospel sharing / street preaching)

Previous & Recent Activities

South Coast Evangelists (a group around the portsmouth / havant area)

To share different ways and approaches of communicating the gospel. Plus, to demonstrate other practical insights, to those that are both experienced but also those who are new to evangelism and reaching out and having conversations in street work.

Winners Place (part of the redeemed christian church of god)

To give their evangelism / outreach team individuals opportunities in working alongside HG to do street outreach (developing conversations, praying for healing & gospel / faith sharing). We’ve also been asked to “help make evangelism and gospel sharing an everyday part of their lives.”

Church Of The Holy Spirit (anglican)

This group of Christians were considering taking part in a Summer wellness event in a community park. They were quite uncertain about this and fearful that they wouldn’t be able to pull it off. We were able to join with them and show that amongst all the new age groups, tarot card readers and head massages, this group of Christians had a lot to offer their community. The church tent was the busiest tent all day long, the gospel was shared regularly but we also just sat and chatted with people. At the end, someone from the church said, “Thank you. You showed us how to be brave.”

Kingdom Come (anglican initiative)

Alongside many other Christian groups, we set up in the grounds of Guildford Cathedral to represent the street work and outreach activity of Healing Guildford.
